YogaProper Exercise - Yogic asanas assist in building up a strong body, similar to that of the shield of an atomic reactor. It strengthens our muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons and other parts of the body by promoting increased circulation and flexibility.

Can you breathe properly?
Proper Breathing — Prayanama aids the body in the process of connecting it to its awareness where tremendous potential energy is constantly generated in the same way as in an atomic reactor. Energy liberation is channelised by the moderator resulting in maximum utilization of energy. Yogic breathing channelises vital energy for better mental and physical awareness, which is not possible in normal course. Through the particle of pranayama, we look at the prana-the vital force, which enlivens all living beings, often called ‘the living force’. This subtle energy controls physical vitality, mental strength and charisma.

Is your diet proper?
Proper Diet — A yogic diet is essentially vegetarian to work as the better fuel for sound physical as well as mental health but vegetarian diet is not a compulsion. Our food habits and taste have a direct link with our thinking and behaviour i.e. the satvik, the rajsik and the tamsik.

Meditation Are you mentally stressed? Think positive —
Positive Thinking — Vedanta and meditation (dhyana) make a man more responsible and sensible, like the controller of an atomic reactor. Meditation purifies our intellect. Through meditation the lower nature is brought under control, thus construction and steadiness of mind are developed. (Meditation is a unique technique to calm the mind and experience the peace that passes all understanding.) Chanting, satsang are the via-media to mediate and through it the yogic practitioner learns to sublimate his emotions.

Proper Relaxation — Relaxation is the natural way of recharging and yogic techniques are the best devices to provide complete relaxation to the body and mind in the same manner as the coolant system of the atomic reactor. Among all living beings, man is the only creature of the Almighty who possesses an extrovert mind like a proton and introvert mind like a neutron. The extrovert mind activates/guides our five senses while the introvert mind motivates them and during motivation , it gets itself attached to the extrovert mind resulting in paving the way to proper relaxation. In the process of relaxation through yoga, the activities of the five senses are guided by the extrovert mind but controlled by the introvert mind being fully aware of these activities as a witness to the extrovert mind.

Conducted: Group wise, twice a month; Duration: 10 days; Time: 6.00 am to 7.30 pm For all age groups interested in following the yogic way of life

¤ General Disease Therapy Course
Conducted: Group-wise; Duration: 10 days Time: As per convenience For treatment of various groups of diseases viz: Nervous, Digestive, Respiratory, Cardiovascular, Musculoskeletal, Reproductive, Metabolic and Endocrine disorders

¤ Residential Courses

¤ Yogic Therapy Course for Chronic Diseases
Conducted: For both individual and group-wise; Duration: Minimum 15 days For the treatment of all above mentioned groups of diseases in chronic stage and also diseases emerging on account of mental/emotional & stressful way of thinking i.e. psychosomatic nature’s disorders.

¤ Children’s Personality Development Course
Conducted: Group-wise for 6-14 years of age ; Duration : Minimum 15 days, once a year, during vacations; To help children lead a healthy life

¤ Executive Personal Courses

¤ Routine Management Course
Conducted: Group-wise; Duration: 10 days With a view to maintain a balanced routine of their life through yogic way, aiming at attaining perfect peace of mind and body

¤ Quality of Life Reformation Quality of Life Reformation Course
Conducted: Group-wise Duration: Minimum 10 days With a view to make life free from frustration, depression, stress and also to achieve the spiritual goal of life through proper yogic techniques

¤ Stress Relieving Management Course
Conducted: Group-wise; Duration: 10 days To remove physical, physiological, emotional, desirous and spiritual stress of day-to-day life

¤ Spiritual Session
Conducted for every individual who is interested in developing his spiritual capacity and also for aspirants with a view to help them sublimate their emotions.
